1. Who processes the data

2. What data we collect

When you complete the booking or contact form, we receive: your name, phone number, email address (if provided), the chosen service, the date, the number and age of children, and your free-text message.

The website uses no tracking cookies and collects no data for advertising. Technical server logs (IP address, browser type) are kept only for security purposes.

3. Why we process it

• To reply to your request and arrange a booking
• To perform the contract — provide the ordered service
• To issue accounting documents where required by law

The legal basis is your consent or the performance of a contract.

4. How long we keep it

Data from unfulfilled requests is kept for 6 months. Data from completed bookings for 3 years, and accounting documents for as long as the law requires (10 years).

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for marketing. Access is limited to our staff and the service providers who help run the website and accounting — all bound by confidentiality obligations.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, request its correction or deletion, restrict processing, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate.

7. Photographs

We may take photos during events. Photos with identifiable children are published only with the consent of parents or guardians. If you'd rather your child not appear, just tell a staff member — we'll note it and photograph so they aren't visible.
